Sheringham Celebrations, May 20th 2022

Another week over and the chance to see who in Sheringham class we are celebrating this week.

My face was beaming this afternoon as we celebrated so many ‘Amazing Readers.’ These are children who have read daily at home since Monday. Well done to you all! Judging by your smiles, I think you must be feeling rather proud too!

Earlier in the week, we also congratulated a number of children on achieving the next level on their Tackling Tables. Yet another group of happy, proud faces.

In our Celebration Assembly, we chose four children who have stood out for their attitude in work and behaviour. Congratulations to Indi, Sophie, Lilly and Ignas.

We have had a range of homework come into school, linked to our Topic on Romans. It has been great to see what Mylah, Freya, Harper and Hattie have created.

We are looking forward to going to the museum in July, when we will have a whole day on the Romans. Please read Year 3 And 4 Museum Trip 14th July Parent Letter to find out more details.

Congratulations to Lilly who achieved the trophy in Gymnastics Club after school on Thursday.

As  we look forward to a few days off school, I wonder if any of you will be having an adventure like Mylah did last weekend. She grew wings and started to fly!

Looking forward to seeing you on Monday morning.
