Performing at the Royal Norfolk Show

The performance group had a really good day at Norwich, completing a 30 minute set that used their voices, their instruments (Ukuleles, Ocarinas), their percussion (xylophones, glockenspiels, sticks), and their new instruments, the spoons.  We pulled a big crowd of both children waiting for their turn to perform, and passers by who seemed intrigued by the boomwackers.  Of course there was bucket drumming as well, which echoed around the showground.  Avicii’s ‘The Nights’ got a big round of applause as our finale.  I was really proud of the children’s attitude and professionalism, especially as we had a long and hot delay to going on.

Our last performance for this year will be at Birmingham, on the 10th July, however we are having all of y3/4 at the carnival, so please come and watch!
