School Uniform

It is expected that all children wear school uniform.

This consists of black trousers/skirt, white polo shirt and royal blue sweatshirts or cardigans. Polo shirts, sweatshirts and cardigans can be purchased with our embroidered logo from our suppliers, Stratfords. Non embroided sweatshirts and cardigans can also be purchased from Stratfords. Summer dresses must be light blue gingham, boys shorts must be black.

Non branded uniform can be purchased from most supermarkets.

Jeans are not allowed. Footwear, including smart trainers, should be black.
High heels are not allowed under any circumstances for health and safety reasons.
Only stud earrings may be worn and these should be removed for P.E. and swimming.

For P.E. children need black shorts and light blue polo shirts. Black plain jogging bottoms, shorts or leggings. Navy or black plain tracksuit and plimsolls or trainers. Shorts, T-shirts and track suits can be ordered with embroidered logos from our uniform suppliers.
Trainers may be worn for outside activities but are not allowed on indoor apparatus.

No colouful sportswear allowed. Jogging bottoms, shorts and leggings must be plain or embroided with school logo. No branded sportswear.

We hold a limited stock of pre owned uniform. Please speak to us if you are having any financial difficulties which would impact your ability to purchase uniform.

If you are in receipt of free school meals we can help you fund the cost of the school uniform from our pupil premium grant, please enquire in the school office. Email office@grf.unity-ed.uk
